Hello.

My name is Whitney Owonubi, and I began Crafting a Green World as a tool to encourage people to think deeper about their choices and how they affect the environment. It is dedicated to helping others live a healthier and more sustainable life.

Growing up in third-world country, Nigeria, I witnessed the immediate effects of pollution and excess waste. As a result, many people are predisposed to chronic health risks. So, my goal is simple: to encourage others to care about our planet as much as I do. Throughout this blog, I discuss topics of environmental sustainability, self-sufficiency, and highlight the importance of adopting a green lifestyle.

I am recent college graduate with a public relations major and a minor in social media from College of the Ozarks. I enjoy spending time with friends, reading, and spending time outdoors. I have recently entered the workforce, serving as Donor Relations Specialist for Life Publishers International. My end-goal is to attend graduate school and obtain my Masters in Communication, with which I hope to become a professor of Communications.
